Hi, and welcome to "The Way." If you have any questions, complaints, or concerns, about products in our store, and you would like to meet with management virtually, you are required to first complete the contact form below, in this store. Complete the contact form, and in the message section, explain your concerns or questions. In this way, management is aware of your concerns before the meeting, and they will be prepared to assist you when the meeting takes place. If you do not complete the form, management will request that you do. After completing the contact form, then book your appointment here. Thanks

2) If the form is not completed, the meeting may not be honored by management. Please provide in detail the reason for the meeting. This is a 15minute meeting, and our goal is to approach the meeting with your answer or solution to the problem. In order for us to do this, we must know the problem, question, or feedback beforehand.
3) Please be aware, management can prefer to contact you via phone call concerning your concerns, questions or complaints; if that's their availability. However, management will email you to inform you. Thanks
