Thanks for choosing our ministry's coaching center. A $5 booking fee is included in the total price of the coaching session. Clients of the coaching plans and programs do not pay booking fees for their private sessions, while in the coaching plan or courses. As you book your appointment, you must pay full price upfront, however, if you decided to cancel your appointment and you cancel within the appropriate time, you can receive a refund, however, the $5 booking fee will be withheld/ retained from your payment. The booking fee is not refundable.
Remember, if you choose to cancel your appointment and request a refund, you must cancel by midnight, the day before your appointment. If you are not eligible for a refund, you can reschedule. Read more on your application on the cancellation limit rule.
