Get a consultation on the spot without having to pay a booking fee to book. (NOTE) On Fridays, Prophetess Sanita only accepts appointments between 1pm - 2pm, Thanks. To receive an on-the-spot consultation, (1) You must call in for an urgent appointment. (2) There must be an availability right away, (3) the staff must be available right away, (4) and you will be required to pay the full consultation fee of $10 + tax, if any, up front, and (5) we will book you. This type of booking requires a phone call appointment, meaning, you must first call in to see if staff is available to assist you right away. On-the-Spot Coaching or Consultations are the only coaching appointments that can be made via phone call. This means, the day that you need the appointment, you will be required to pay that day. To cancel this session and receive a refund, you must cancel at least (1) hour before your consultation. If you are not eligible for a refund, you can reschedule up to the following day, or our next availability. You can only reschedule once. Please read your application to learn more about how many times you can reschedule.
If you do not cancel your appointment in the appropriate time frame and cannot receive a refund, you are welcome to reschedule. You must reschedule for the following day, or our next available appointment. If you cannot reschedule for the following day, or meet our available appointment, you can reschedule days ahead, however, remember, this is an On-The-Spot appointment. To reschedule days ahead, you will be required to pay the booking fee of $5 to secure a spot. Why? Because your appointment is no longer an On-The-Spot appointment. Appointments for days ahead requires a booking fee of $5.
